My name is Cindy Rice, and I am the owner of Notary Ninja of TN servicing the areas surrounding Ooltewah and Chattanooga, Tennessee. I am a licensed, bonded, and insured Tennessee Notary Public, dedicated to providing swift, reliable and convenient mobile notary services when and where you need them. I offer standard business hours as well as after hours for an extra fee.
I understand that many documents require notarization during important or time-sensitive moments in life. That’s why I offer mobile notary services, traveling to your home, hospital room, nursing home, group home, jails and prisons or any agreed location. Saving you time and reducing stress of finding a way to transport loved ones who may now be unable to easily leave the house/location they are in.
I specialize in notarizing documents in hospitals and nursing homes that are primarily advanced directives, living wills, trusts, power of attorney and many more. I also provide oaths and affirmations and offer wedding officiant services for elopements.

Hi, I’m Cindy Rice, owner of Notary Ninja of TN in Ooltewah, TN. I am a certified Notary Public for Hamilton county and trained through the NNA (national notary association) with Notary Public, Remote Online Notary (RON) and Loan Signing Agent. I am Licensed and Bonded in the state of Tennessee.
I started Notary Ninja of TN to support myself in a flexible job and assist people who are in need of a mobile notary after hours. A lot of the work I do is at the last minute in Hospitals or Nursing homes when family realizes their loved one’s condition is deteriorating suddenly. I am there for you during your most stressful and unexpected family moments. I perform my noterial acts swiftly and confidentially and will never share any info about what is happening with your family.
✨ Fun Fact: When I am not assisting clients with notary work you can find me working on ETSY orders or working on new art techniques. I am an artist and love trying new artistic genres.
