A: We offer loan signing services, general notary work, remote online notarizations (RON), and wedding officiant services. We also provide tailored support for small businesses, real estate transactions, and medical facilities. 

A: For in-person notarizations, yes, you will need to be physically located in or near Ooltewah, TN (Chattanooga). But with Remote Online Notarization (RON), we can serve our clients anywhere, as long as they meet identity verification requirements. 

A: Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, State ID,  or a Passport). For online notarizations, you will upload your ID for verification before the session through the RON service.

A: No. As a notary, I am not an attorney licensed to practice law. Therefor  I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. I can not tell you what notarial act you need. 

A: Pricing depends on the type of notarization and travel required. Remote Online Notarization (RON)  starts at $25. Travel and after hours mobile notary have additional fee's. Loan signing packages and specialty services are priced individually—please contact us for a personalized quote. 

A: You can schedule directly through our website under the Homepage for (RON) and Contact Page or call/text 423-225-4778 to book your signing.
